Chiara Boschis needs little introduction. A superstar Barolo wine producer, globally acknowledged and respected. The quality of the wines is consistently superb and lavished with widespread critical acclaim. Chiara has been running the cantina since 1980, with passion and determination.
The vineyards are split among the most prestigious crus (Cannubi, Paiagallo, Terlo in Barolo, Mosconi in Monforte d’Alba, Gabutti and Baudana in Serralunga d’Alba) that Chiara vinifies separately to enhance their specific characteristics. In her eleven hectares of vineyards, Chiara has always worked without chemicals, herbicides or pesticides, preferring to practise organic viticulture. The winery has been certified organic since the 2014 vintage.
