1.2. Deliveries are managed by our logistic partner. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day. All other orders will be dispatched the following working day. All products purchased under the same order number will be grouped and shipped together under one consignment.

1.2. We use DPD for all our deliveries using a tracked service. Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email together with a tracking ID. Most deliveries should arrive within 2-4 working days from placement of order but may take slightly longer on exception. The DPD app is also available for download from the Apple iTunes and Google Play App Stores and can be used for parcel tracking and delivery purpose.

1.3. We accept only physical addresses for posting due to delivery restrictions of our courier. We do not accept orders for delivery to P.O. boxes. Delivery can only be made to the shipping address which you specify when ordering.

1.4. We take pride in packing your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, there are times when parcels incur damage while in transit. If a parcel shows clear signs of damage, cracks or leakage at the time of delivery please take photographs of the damaged areas and refuse the parcel. Just ask that the courier returns the consignment to the sender and we will take care of the rest. If the shipment is composed by more packages and not all of them are damaged, please refuse the damaged package and get in contact with us. The shipping courier will return the damaged package and we will arrange to replace it for you. If the product that should be replaced is no longer available, we will contact you directly to replace it with a similar product of an equivalent or higher value.

1.5. If no one is available at your address when the product is delivered, and it’s also not possible to deliver to the neighbours, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot or from the nearest Pickup parcelshop.

1.6. If, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract as detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

2.1. We make every effort to ensure orders are delivered on time, all delivery dates and times are only estimates and not guarantees. In the event of high volume of orders, we might occasionally extend the delivery window so that we can keep our promise to each customer.

2.2. Our standard delivery service takes 2 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday) from the time the order has been processed. Please note that deliveries to the The Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland can take an extra 2 to 4 working days. For more details on delivery areas please see the table below.

2.3 We deliver to the following area:

• the mainland of the United Kingdom;
• Scottish Highlands;
• Northern Ireland; and
• British Islands (we currently do not delivery to the Channel Islands).

We deliver goods sold on our site exclusively to “consumers” aged 18 or over and in any case still under applicable law and regulations (see our Terms and Conditions page for more details on use restrictions).
