Roberto Garbarino the young jedi-winemaker is the man behind our 'house' still Rose. A serious and complex 100% Pinot Noir that just gets better and better in bottle. 

  • Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir 
    Viticulture: Practicing organic
    Vinification: Skin maceration (8-10 hours), soft pressing. Fermentation in steel at low temperature (13°c) 
    Ageing: 7 months in stainless steel vats
    Bottles produced: 2,500 
    Alcohol: 12% abv

    *NOTE: Our Vino Rosato Grisu’ has a different label to the image shown. We took a large quantity of this wine from Roberto and as a thank you he offered us a special custom label

  • Colour: Medium salmon
    Nose: Hints of strawberry with a persistent citrusy base (pink grapefruit, lemon and orange flowers)
    Palate: Fresh and crisp with medium acidity, citrusy notes and a pleasantly long and aftertaste 

  • Fast developing sparkling legend Roberto Garbarino runs a tiny cantina in Neviglie, a small town near Barbaresco. His Alta Langa are considered some of top Metodo Classico sparkling wines in the region and his Rosato is simply one of the very best Pinot Noir from Piedmont we have ever tasted
