Cascina Galarin bring us this gorgeous 100% organic Pinot Noir

Vinification: Carbonic Maceration. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel
Ageing: Five months in French used oak barrels. two months in the bottle before release. Bottled unfiltered during the period of the waning moon

Nose:  Sensations of plum jams and currants
Palate:  Very long and intense aromatic persistence, typical of great aging wines
Cascina Galarin is a small family winery based in Castagnole delle Lanze in the heart of Monferrato, just outside Barbaresco. No pesticide or herbicides are used in the vineyard and since 2016 the cantina is certified organic. Cascina Galarin produces excellent wines from the most famous Piedmont grape varieties, including Barbera, Moscato, Nebbiolo and Freisa. The wines are handcrafted by the family with love to convey the unique terroir of their vineyards. The results are delightful.
