Viticulture: Horizontal system (Pergola) and espalier
Vinification: 100% hand process. With steel fermentation foot, 40 days maceration. Part with submerged cap.
Ageing: 4 months in inox, 15 months in used cask (barrique and tonneaux)
Bottling: Without clarification, without filtration.

Colour: Ruby color with a warm garnet rim
Nose: Elegant nose of crisp red fruits, tobacco, spices, and mineral notes
Palate: Silky tannins and a harmonious balance of freshness and salinity
