Carema is a small town nestled between Valle d’Aosta and Piedmont, known for its extreme terrain—rocky, steep, and challenging. The vinification process here is demanding, with cultivable areas painstakingly carved from the mountains, situated between 300 and 700 meters in altitude.
Vittorio, a renowned oenologist, and his wife Martina, an architect, both born in Carema. Their journey began in 2012 when they rented their first vineyard in Carema.
Today, their winery is celebrated as one of the highlights of the entire region, in respect of the surrounding environment and focusing on native grape varieties.
