Vinification: Soft pressing and 10 days maceration. Controlled fermentation at 28°C. Lees contact for 8 months, both in concrete tank and oak barrel, with regular bâtonnage
Ageing: Lees contact for 8 months, both in concrete tank and oak barrel, with regular bâtonnage. 3 months in the bottles in the wine cellar at controlled temperature

Nose: Intense with ripe fruit, floral and sweet spices aromas
Palate: Full-bodied with medium acidity and tannins. Lively and crisp with a well-balanced structure. Pleasant finish, that shows fruit concentration and hints of spicy/herbal notes
