Vinification: Soft pressing and 10 days maceration. Fermentation at controlled temperature (28°C). Lees contact for 8 months, both in concrete tank and oak barrel with bâtonnage

Nose: Seducing red fruits and sweet spices, along with minty and coffee aromas
Palate: Finely structured, fresh and crispy with well-balanced soft tannins, alcohol and fruit concentration that lead to a spicy and fruity lingering finish
