2 bottles of Roberto Garbarino's 100% Pinot Noir sparkling Rosé. Crafted using the traditional champagne method, this bottle showcases a pale pink hue and fine, persistent bubbles.

The wine features a citrusy nose with notes of red apple, pink grapefruit, and bread crust, while the palate offers medium structure, balanced acidity, and a long, lingering aftertaste. It is a great antipasto and dessert wine, but also a bottle to be saved and cherished years from now.

2 bottles of Josetta Saffirio Langhe DOC Rosato. A family-run business now led by Josetta’s daughter, Sara, with vineyards spanning 5 hectares in Castelletto (Monforte d’Alba), it blends traditional winemaking methods with modern techniques, practicing sustainable and organic viticulture.

The wine features a nose of fresh strawberry, white peach, grapefruit, and orange peel. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with citrusy notes, medium acidity, and a mineral finish. Perfect with seafood.

2 bottles of of Guido Rivella Vino Rosato 'Svicc'. Not typically available outside the Langhe region of Piemonte, this wine showcases the expertise of Guido, who launched his own winery in 2014 after 44 years as the main winemaker for Gaja.

This medium salmon-colored wine presents a complex and elegant nose filled with enticing wild berry and crushed flower aromas. On the palate, it is fresh and crisp, featuring citrusy and herbal notes, medium acidity, a robust structure, and a lingering aftertaste. Ideal to accompany game recipes, sautéed vegetables and roasted fish.
