Roberto Garbarino's magnificent high altitude terroir 100% Pinot Noir sparkling Rose handcrafted in the traditional champagne method. Sublime pink bubbles.
  • Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir
    Viticulture:  Practicing organic
    Vinification: Soft pressing + 1st fermentation in steel vats at 14°C. 2nd fermentation in the bottle for 1 month at 14°C
    Ageing: In the bottle on yeasts for 30/40 months with a regular remuage of the bottles
    Bottles produced: 3,000
    Alcohol: 12.5% abv
    Residual Sugar: 1 g/l

  • Colour: Pale pink with salmon reflections. Fine and persistent perlage
    Nose: Citrusy with hints of red apple, pink grapefruit and bread crust.
    Palate: Medium structure, well-balanced acidity and a long persistent aftertaste
