Viticulture: Practicing organic
Vinification: Soft pressing and de-stemming, cold pre-fermentative maceration, fermentation and maceration on the skins at controlled temperature
Ageing: 8 months in Slavonian oak casks (30hl) + 2 months in steel tanks at controlled temperature (18°C) and 4 months in bottle (14.5°C)
Bottles produced: 13,000
Alcohol: 14.5% abv
