Francesco owns 6 hectares of vineyards in Alto Piemonte and produces mostly Nebbiolo-based wines. Francesco’s terroir is particularly devoted to the production of complex and ethereal wines. The soil is very acidic, with high levels of potassium and magnesium. The area benefits from an excellent diurnal range which allows the grapes to ripen fully whilst maintaining freshness. The resulting wines are rich and full of nuances with savory, hearty and herbaceous notes.
