Villa Bogdano Prosecco Brut Nature Millesimato DOC 2020 is a certified organic wine, crafted with careful attention to detail and respect for the natural processes, allowing the typical aromas of the grape variety and the clay-rich terroir to fully develop. It undergoes three months of aging on the lees in glass-cement tanks, followed by a secondary fermentation via the Charmat method for over three months.
The result is a sparkling wine that is anything but ordinary, with an extremely low sugar content yet rich in aromas and fragrances, characterised by a fine and elegant perlage. In the glass, one can recognise notes of fruit (primarily pear and fresh apple), citrus notes like lemon and cedar, as well as delicate floral aromas. On the palate, the acidity and elegant effervescence find balance in the dry and savoury taste. This wine is perfect for aperitivo, seafood dishes, and even Asian cuisine.
