  • Undoubtedly one of the future superstars of Carema. Monte Maletto is a one-man show run by Gian Marco Viano (34 yo). Before starting the cantina Gian Marco worked as a professional sommelier for over 7 years. Gian Marco practices organic vinification, minimal intervention methods in the cantina and he is locally considered one of the top Carema producers.
