  • Grapes: 70% Nebbiolo / 30% Vespolina
    Viticulture:  Practicing organic (no pesticide and chemical fertilisers)
    Vinification: Destemming and gentle crushing, fermentation in steel barrels. 20 days maceration with frequent pump-over and Délestage. Malolactic fermentation in wood
    Ageing: In big barrels (21hec) for 20 months and then in the bottle for 4 months
    Bottles produced: 2,800 
    Alcohol: 13% abv

  • Colour: Pale garnet
    Nose: Elegant and seducing nose with ripe red cherry, violet and crushed flowers 
    Palate: Medium-bodied, dry with soft tannins, balanced acidity and a long finish
