Chiara Condello 2021 Le Lucciole is an exceptional wine produced from a small vineyard of less than one hectare, featuring around 5,000 Sangiovese vines. It is organic, born from a deep respect for the plants and soil, and is crafted with a meticulous approach that includes manual labour, mechanical weeding, and minimal treatments.
A wine suitable to accompany you for an entire meal, particularly indicated with medium-structured dishes: pasta and meat-based second courses, game, and cheeses. Excellent for contemplation as well.
The label for this exclusive cru is designed by artist Francesca Ballarini, with whom Chiara Condello collaborates every year to tell a new story, reflecting the individuality and uniqueness of each harvest.

Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Viticulture: Practicing organic. Selection of grapes from a small 0.8 ha parcel in Raggio Brusa's vineyard planted on clay-limestone soils rich in spungone.
Vinification: The grapes are partially de-stemmed. Those that are destemmed are left whole-berry without crushing. 25-35 days natural fermentation with indigenous yeast in large open wood vats and tonneaux
Ageing: In large used Slavonian 35hL oak for 24 months + 12 months in the bottle before release. Unfined and unfiltered
