Vinification: In stainless steel tanks
Ageing:In steel for 6 months, filtered and then bottled

Nose: Fruity and fresh, with scents of cherry and dark red fruits
Palate: Good acidity, mineral with soft well-integrated tannins. Balanced with a pleasantly long aftertaste
Podere ai Valloni was the first company to be registered as a producer of Boca DOC. In 1980 Guido and Cristiana Sertorio acquired the winery and started producing Boca DOC. Today, Anna Sertorio and her husband Andrea carry on the dream of the founders: cultivating a beautiful vineyard in full respect of the terroir and produce pure and distinctive wines. Ai Valloni is 100% organic since 2011.
